After reading reviews of the numerous tailors around Bangkok, I decided to visit Michael Tailors at MBK Centre. Walking through the mall I passed by several other tailors, slowing down at each one just to gauge their level of approachability – most didn’t seem to notice me while some seemed to size me up perhaps based on the way I was dressed and decided I wasn’t a potential customer.

At Michael Tailors I was immediately greeted by a staff, Robin, who invited to come in and take a look. He was very forthcoming with information on their services, fabrics, pricing, etc. I felt comfortable and reassured that I had made the right choice and proceeded to select the fabrics I wanted for 3 pairs of pants and 3 long sleeved shirts. Robin was very professional in taking my measurements and asking me my preference of styles.  Due to the choice of available fabrics and the affordable price point, I ended up getting an additional 3 shirts and custom leather shoes and reversible belt, another service they provide.

I was asked to come back the following day for a fitting which was amazing. I thought that I would only be fitted with a test garment or toile, but to my surprise all my shirts and pants were ready for trying. The fit was perfect and I was able to take back my custom made clothes just 24hrs after I had been measured. As for the leather goods, it was ready the following day and delivered to my hotel room promptly as requested.  I found the shoes a little too snug for my liking and they readily took it back after a 2nd measurement at my hotel. 2 days later, it was ready and a perfect fit.

I was impressed with the level of service and the quality of the finished apparel and would recommend anyone travelling to Bangkok to give them a try. They also do suits and jackets which I am planning to make on my next trip in March.

Michael Tailors are professional and they provide very good service. I was served by Robin and David. The shop is tucked at one corner of MBK centre. I told them I am leaving the country in 2 days and they promptly told me they will deliver the next day to my hotel. Before arriving at my hotel they gave me a call and met me at the lobby. After that he went up with me to my room for a fitting telling me that if there is a need for alterations they can do it in a day. Everything was smooth and the workmanship is good. I did 3 pairs of pants and 3 long sleeve shirts for 10,000 Baht. Worth it.

I had a great experience at the this tailor in MBK Center. The craftsmanship on my custom suit, shirts, and chinos is top-notch, and everything fits perfectly. The service was professional, friendly, and efficient. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for quality custom tailoring in Bangkok.

Heading to a wedding in Phuket and only one day to get a suit tailored, we read the great reviews of Michael and decided to try them out. It was 100% the best decision. Other than being a little tricky to find in the mall, everything was awesome! Robin and his team made shopping a fun and easy process. They had tons of fabrics to choose from, gave us beers while we laughed the whole time. And best of all, we had really nice suits ready in less than 24 hours all for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Michael Tailors. Michael and Roger provide an outstanding customer service. I had 3 suits, 3 shirts and 3 extra trousers made for work. Very good quality fabric. The suits were ready in 24 hours. They come to the hotel for all the measurements and delivery, or they can come and pick you up at the hotel. Good and fair price. The suit fits great! Roger did a great job cutting the suit. They can also ship anywhere in the world. I’m a satisfied customer and will definitely buy again from them.

I visited Michael Tailors on the back of a good review that I saw about in a Singapore-based website. Took some time to find the shop since it’s tucked in a corner at the end of MBK.

I was pleasantly greeted by the introductory hospitality by the team, who recommended the fabric needed for my suit and pants. The measurements were done quickly and accurate, while assuring me that everything include a shirt would be done within my time to head back to Singapore.

To my surprise, within 24 hours, Robin came to my hotel with a fully crafted suit jacket, shirt and pants for my fitting. The fitting was perfect, except for a quick alteration in the length of my pants. That was done quickly within a day, and delivered promptly to my hotel, without sacrificing all-round great quality.

They have certainly added a new, satisfied customer, and will definitely patronise them again.

I had a fantastic experience at Michael Tailors in MBK Mall (D section, G floor) in Bangkok. They made me two suits—one navy blue and one grey—and both turned out absolutely amazing. The quality is excellent, the fit is perfect, and their prices are very good.
